So.... Diller has been pretty awesome so far! Everyone is getting to know each other and many great friendships have already been made. On our first retreat, in addition to a lot of socializing and getting to know each other, we participated in many team building and "ice breaker" activities. Some highlights were the Night Circles, where we had a blind discussion about our fears and other personal topics. We also participated in a blindfold walk where we all lined up and went on a short blindfolded treck. It was a blast, and it also helped us build trust because we were all relying on each other to guide safely through the stairwells as well as through the snow.
We all had a great time on our first retreat and I, personally, can't wait for the next one!
